Il Lusio Cava Semi Sec is a Spanish white sparkling wine in the Cava style with moderate sweetness (semi-dry), produced from traditional local grape varieties. It shows a lively and refreshing structure, a fruit-driven profile, and a harmonious balance of acidity and sugar, making it a great choice for celebratory toasts as well as pairing with light dishes and aperitifs.
The company Cavas Masachs was founded by D. Josep Masachs Llorach, a man of strong principles, determination, and deep passion for winemaking. Combining traditional sparkling wine methods with professional expertise, he initially produced small batches enjoyed mainly by close friends. His son, D. Josep Masachs Juvé, continued the family tradition, and in 1977 his sons Josep and Joan Masachs launched a new sparkling wine line. Over time, product quality steadily improved, and the reputation of the young Spanish winemakers spread beyond Spain’s borders.
