Carta Vieja is one of the oldest and most renowned Chilean wine brands, owned by the family-run winery Viña del Pedregal, founded by the Del Pedregal family in 1825. Today, the company remains a family business managed by the seventh and eighth generations of the family, continuing winemaking traditions while expanding exports to international markets.

Located in the Loncomilla Valley in the Maule region, approximately 300 km south of Santiago de Chile, Carta Vieja benefits from the unique climate and fertile soils of this renowned wine-growing area to cultivate grapes and produce wines in a wide range of styles.

The company is well known for its wine ranges, including Varietals, Reserva, and Gran Reserva, produced from key grape varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenère, Merlot, Malbec, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc, reflecting the diversity of the region’s terroir and styles.
