Il Lusio Cava Brut is a classic Spanish dry sparkling wine (Cava) produced using the traditional bottle-fermentation method (méthode traditionnelle). It features a pale straw color, lively fine bubbles, a fresh fruit character, and well-structured acidity, making it a versatile choice for celebratory toasts or accompanying light dishes.

The Cavas Masachs winery was founded by D. Josep Masachs Llorach, a man of strict principles, determination, and passion for winemaking. Combining traditional Champagne methods with professional expertise, he initially produced small batches enjoyed mainly by close friends. Later, his son D. Josep Masachs Juvé continued the tradition, and in 1977, his sons Josep and Joan Masachs launched a new line of sparkling wines. Over time, the quality steadily improved, and the reputation of these young Spanish winemakers expanded beyond their homeland.
