Il Lusio Cava Brut Nature is a traditional Spanish sparkling wine classified as Brut Nature, produced using the classic bottle-fermentation method (Méthode Traditionnelle) from Macabeo, Xarel-lo, and Parellada grapes. The Brut Nature style, with minimal residual sugar, highlights the wine’s dryness, purity, and freshness, making it an ideal choice for aperitifs, festive toasts, and light dishes—especially seafood and fish.

The company Cavas Masachs was founded by D. Josep Masachs Llorach, a man of strong principles, determination, and a deep passion for winemaking. By combining traditional sparkling wine techniques with professional expertise, he initially produced small batches enjoyed mainly by close friends. His son, D. Josep Masachs Juvé, continued the family tradition, and in 1977 his sons Josep and Joan Masachs launched a new sparkling wine line. Over time, quality steadily improved, and the reputation of these Spanish winemakers expanded well beyond their homeland.
