L’arca Grillo Sicilia DOC is a classic Sicilian dry white wine made from the Grillo grape, originating from the sun-drenched island of Sicily. The wine expresses Mediterranean freshness through bright aromas and a light palate with citrus and fruit notes, balanced acidity, and a lively structure, making it an excellent choice from simple appetizers to seafood dishes.
L’arca is a winery located in the Maremma region of Tuscany, Italy. The brand belongs to the Castellani wine group, a well-established company founded in 1903, specializing in wine production across various Italian regions. Today, the estate’s vineyards cover more than 250 hectares.
The company has a highly developed internal infrastructure, including its own modern laboratory, which oversees the work of more than 360 oenological laboratories. Production is equipped with three state-of-the-art bottling lines, ensuring maximum efficiency. Bottles are sealed with corks that undergo continuous technological testing. At regular intervals, selected products are subjected to destructive testing to identify and eliminate potential defects.
